Good quality, quick shipping
I ordered an upcycled denim jacket and a pair of hemp trousers. The ordering process was really smooth on their website, easy to navigate. Shipping was surprisingly fast; I think it took about 4 days to reach me in California. The quality of both items is great, the denim feels sturdy and the trousers are comfortable. I had a question about sizing beforehand, and their customer service responded within a few hours. Overall a very positive experience.
Decent, but sizing is off
I purchased an eco-friendly blouse and some responsibly sourced bottoms. The blouse is really nice quality, soft fabric and the plant-based dye looks good. Delivery was okay, took about 6 days. My main issue was with the sizing for the bottoms; they ran a bit smaller than I expected based on the size chart, so I had to exchange them. The return process was simple enough, but it was an extra step. Overall, I'm happy with the blouse now that I have the right size, but they could improve their sizing accuracy. Good value for what you get.
